The couple hosted a welcome event at the Hotel Marina Badalona, on the 1st-floor terrace, where guests enjoyed delicious food and cocktails. It was the perfect opportunity for Maria, Sam, and their loved ones to catch up and relax before the big day.

The wedding was a beautiful blend of cultures, with one partner being Christian and the other Muslim. Their celebration honored both traditions, creating a unique and meaningful day that solidified Maria and Sam’s union.

The wedding took place at the Santa Romana Apartments, which offered the perfect setting for a memorable celebration. With a stunning backdrop of the sea, which was a truly picturesque atmosphere for the couple and their guests.

Maria had Mehndi applied to her hands, a meaningful tradition in Muslim wedding celebrations, especially for the bride. The design featured the initials “M” and “S” in the center of a heart, symbolising their union. This personal touch beautifully reflected the blend of both cultures coming together.

The couple chose to have a “first touch” instead of a first look, sharing a private, intimate moment without seeing each other before the ceremony. During this special time, they also said a prayer together, grounding themselves in the love and faith they were about to celebrate.
