Grace Barcelona

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of helping Wioletta, the owner of Grace Barcelona, with her first ever Bridal Show, showing Justin Alexander 2019 Spring Summer Collection. Wioletta is the owner of a beautifully decorated and very cosy boutique set in the heart of Gracia. Specialized in bridal dresses, ball gown dresses and accessories, Grace Barcelona offers different styles, with a wide price range.   Wioletta is very attentive to detail and helps brides find their perfect dress by carefully guiding them through the different styles of dresses, shapes, materials, textures… Her personal opinion is that a bridal gown should feel like a second skin, making you feel extra special.

Justin Alexander  2019 Spring Summer Collection

Justin Alexander is a well known third generation American award-winning designer label of wedding dresses and accessories.

Catering for brides all over the world, they have several different collection labels: Justin Alexander, Justin Alexander Signature, Lillian West, Sincerity Bridal, Sweetheart Gown. Each brand caters for a different bride and style.

For the Bridal Show, Wioletta carefully chose to show a wide selection of the Justin Alexander 2019 Spring Summer Collection, covering the different JA brands, as well as other wedding dresses and ball gowns belonging to other renowned designers, available to try and purchase at her boutique.

The models did an excellent job by showing each gown individually on the cat walk, as well as walking past the invited brides to be, allowing them to see the dresses close up.

Special Performances

Half way through the show Elena Nuño, all the way from Zaragoza, took to the stage playing the violin with a grand performance. Elena was wearing a very elegant long black dress, from Grace Barcelona boutique.   Next up were Yohana & Wilfredo, dressed as bride and groom, they performed a romantic salsa dance. Yohana was wearing a fun wedding dress with a short tulle skirt, which Wioletta chose for her carefully, allowing her to dance comfortably. A big thank you to all the team!

I have to congratulate Wioletta, who together with her husband Javier, organized an excellent event.

And a big thank you to both of you for allowing me to take part in such a fantastic evening, letting me participate and help you on the day. I absolutely loved to see what a fashion show is like “behind the scenes”. I have been invited to shows before, but never had the opportunity to be part of them. It was a real fantastic experience!

Wioletta’s team was also made up by professional stylists and dressmakers as well as Image Consultancy students from Thuya High School, in Barclona. The students made the event a great success by  participating as hostesses, models and stylists.

Situated in the heart of the Natural Park of the Garraf, is a beautifully refurbished and decorated old stone country house, surrounded by woodland and vineyards, ideal for destination weddings or weekend weddings.
